Returns & Exchanges

At Greyson Clothiers, we strive for excellence in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
